1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stopme ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Stopme is an AI-powered event photo delivery platform that enables photographers to upload event photos and allows guests to find their photos via facial recognition technology. The service includes:

Cloud-based photo storage and gallery hosting
AI facial recognition for photo matching
QR code-based guest access
Event management dashboard

3. User Accounts

Photographers must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Content Ownership

Your photos remain yours. By uploading photos to Stopme, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process (including AI face detection), and deliver your photos to authorised event guests. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Use the Platform to harass, stalk, or harm another person
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI face recognition system
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform
Resell or redistribute the Platform without authorisation

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Stopme does not store your payment card details.

7. Storage & Data Limits

Each plan includes a specific amount of cloud storage. If you exceed your plan's storage limit, new uploads will be paused until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Existing photos will not be deleted.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stopme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
